Payment Confirmation – Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email and SMS within 24 hours.
Cancellation Policy – The client can cancel their requested services within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the client. Please allow for up to 60 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
Refund Conditions – IAIC will not refund any fees paid under the following circumstances:
Voluntary Withdrawal – If the client voluntarily withdraws their case at any stage of the process, no refund will be provided.
Acceptance of Quotation – Once the client accepts the quotation, either in-person or via email, and subsequently chooses not to proceed for any reason or fails to provide the necessary documents for application filing with the Education Provider, Government Authority, Embassy, Assessment Authority, or any other third party.
Lack of Cooperation – If the client does not cooperate in any manner necessary to complete the services retained, including but not limited to timely communication and submission of documents.
Missed Deadlines – If the client fails to meet deadlines or does not acquire the required information, documentation, qualifications, or scores necessary for their application.
Unfavorable Results – If the Education Provider, Government Authority, Embassy, Assessment Authority, or any other third party provides unfavorable results indicating that the institute is not recognized or listed.
Client Liability for Fees – The application, deposit, and/or processing fees paid to the Education Provider, Government Authority, Embassy, Assessment Authority, or any other third party are the client’s responsibility and not included in IAIC’s service charges.
Service Charges Non-Refundable – Clients cannot claim a refund for service charges or fees paid to the Education Provider, Government Authority, Embassy, Assessment Authority, or any other third party.
External Delays – IAIC is not responsible for delays caused by external services such as the Education Provider, Government Authority, Embassy, Assessment Authority, or any other third party.
No Guarantee of Approval – IAIC does not guarantee the approval, success, or positive outcome of any application filed with the Education Provider, Government Authority, Embassy, Assessment Authority, or any other third party.
Rejection or Withdrawal – IAIC will not entertain refund claims in cases of application rejection, refusal, or withdrawal by the Education Provider, Government Authority, Embassy, Assessment Authority, or any other third party.
Non-Transferable Fees – The service fee paid to IAIC is non-transferable and cannot be refunded or transferred to another family member, friend, or relative.
Specific Service Limitations – The service fee paid cannot be refunded or transferred to any service/product other than the original service/product/country for which the client initiated the process with IAIC.
Client Acknowledgment
By engaging IAIC’s services, the client acknowledges that IAIC will deploy its employees and utilize resources to provide the agreed-upon services, incurring significant costs. Therefore, regardless of the outcome of the application, the client agrees not to claim a refund of the service fees and charges paid to IAIC.
